I am intruder, I am a Roblox developer which specializes in High-poly builds (realistic builds),my prices vary depending on the build itself. I also do Low-poly build's but I am not that experienced with them. Please note that I do NOT use blender and i dont work for FREE.
I Cannot build the following:
Anything that involves plants
Extremely complex builds

House
Cabinet
Catwalks

L.P. Pond
-Payment-
Payment can be done with:
-Robux (min-500)
-Nitro (any)
-USDThe prices are discussed on discord (check the top for the server link)
-Please remember, I do not accept % most of the time,I do make exception's, so DM me so we can talk about it.-For security Reasons, i always charge a certain % of the total payment upfront, if this payment for whatever reason cannot be made, I will make the build inside of my own place, with the commissioner having no editing permissions until payment.
-If I cancel a commission,I will refund the money i was payed.
